Return Policy

1- (Cash refund) is possible within 7 days only from receiving the order if you wish to refund the money because the site description does not match the product or the requested item is different from the order or the product has signs of damage and after we confirm the accuracy of the information, the full price of the item will be refunded with the value of the shipping costs paid within 7 days after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.

2- (Exchange) is possible within 7 days only from receiving the order for any reason other than product damage, the customer bears the shipping company fees for going and returning and the store will replace the product with another product at the same price once the returned shipment arrives at the store provided that it is not damaged or opened within a period of no less than 7 days after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.
