We have several types of milling and extraction processes for grains, for example


Whole wheat flour (premium) (stone-ground, medium grinding for the whole grain of wheat)


Wheat flour (Al-Mamtaz) (ground on a stone mill, a medium grind for the whole grain of wheat, and the bran is partially separated)
