Customers are advised of healthy recipes for making loaf at home from Al Safwah organic flour products.
Put an amount of whole flour for one unit or two types of flour 50% for each type or three types such as wheat flour 50%, barley 25% and oats 25%
In a bowl, then mix it with water and you can add salt as desired and mix the mixture until it has a sticky texture
(Tends to fluidity) and the cover tightly at a moderate temperature
Then baked directly and preferably left to ferment with natural yeast between 6-12 hours Or keep in the fridge for a week and use as needed and baked on the pan .
